InterApp Academy

To enhance onboarding and knowledge sharing across the AVK network of over 5,000 employees, I led the development of InterApp Academy, a structured training initiative covering critical industrial processes and valve applications.

The project began with in-depth research across diverse industries, including:

• Seawater Desalination
• Ultrapure Water and Gas Production for Semiconductor Manufacturing
• Green Hydrogen Production
• Biogas Production and Handling
• Air Separation
• Li-ion Battery Production
• Mining Processes
• Pharmaceutical Processes
• Food & Beverage Production
• Valves for Corrosive Media Handling
• Valves for Abrasive Media Handling
• Valves for HVAC & Swimming Pools
• Valves for District Cooling & Heating

The research focused on identifying key processes, typical media, and their operational parameters—pressure, temperature, abrasivity, and corrosivity—to recommend the most suitable valve solutions. Findings were condensed into comprehensive training presentations and subsequently transformed into training videos.

To extend the value externally, I created commercial flyers, available for download here , and developed a curated selection of courses for external audiences, detailed in the InterApp Academy offering .

This initiative not only streamlined internal onboarding but also positioned InterApp as a knowledge-driven partner for customers, providing both technical guidance and practical solutions for complex industrial processes.
